One of the best-kept secrets of El Paso County, Colorado is the Copperfield neighborhood located in Security, CO. This is a community of excellence, and a great place to raise a family. This community has a small town feel, but has easy access to Colorado Springs and all the military installations. Built on community traditions, every spring the CHOA sponsors a neighborhood garage sale, and every winter the CHOA has many homes decorated in Christmas lights! During the summer, the CHOA also operates a private junior Olympic sized pool for its members to enjoy.
With a commitment to excellence, the Copperfield Home Owners Association carries out the mission of protecting our homeowner’s greatest investment, their homes. Comprised of all volunteers, the CHOA board of directors is dedicated to maintaining the Copperfield neighborhood as an excellent place to live and raise our families. Members are not only invited but also encouraged to attend monthly board meetings. The CHOA board of directors recognizes that its greatest asset are the homeowners who take pride in their neighborhood, and welcomes input from the people that live here. Our homeowner’s make Copperfield a community of excellence.
The Copperfield Home Owner’s Association board of directors and all the neighbors here at Copperfield, welcome you to come to make Copperfield your home!
